What you can expect
in your session

I aim to treat you for your individual needs and to not only carry out a hands on led approach but to educate you on your issue. I believe knowledge is power, so it is important you have the greatest understanding of your issue to recover in the best way.

All treatment sessions start with a consultation, followed by an assessment and appropriate treatment.

Guess what, we don’t want to keep seeing you week in week out. With appropriate tools in place we aim to give you the best chance at achieving great results at home or in the gym. As much as we love to meet new patients and see old patients it is important to understand that the most effective form of recovery can be made with consistency outside of the treatment room.
