What is Rehabilitation?


In these sessions we aim to provide you with a 30-minute functional rehabilitation plan to suit your individual needs. We use effective methods to help you recover and regain strength and movement with the intention to get you back to your active daily living or chosen sport.

This is a great tool for anyone recovering from injury or anyone who may decide they want to gain strength to support their work needs, or simply getting in and out of the chair. Whilst this all looks suited for the younger patient, rehabilitation can be a really useful tool for the elderly, and we actively encourage it.


Who is it for?


A comprehensive rehabilitation programme is essential for all injuries, but unfortunately this is often overlooked. If not treated effectively the chances of a recurring injury significantly increases. There is a strong likelihood that these recurring injuries will be more severe and more damaging than the initial injury.

No patient or rehabilitation programme is ever the same. Each is tailored and bespoke to the individual and is dependent on age, general health and general fitness levels.

These variables, amongst many others, will determine the length and treatment frequency of any rehabilitation programme.
